Before the big day, we’ll talk about your event, your guests and what you’re hoping Santa’s visit will feel like. If there are names Santa should know, stories he should hear, traditions to include or details that might make someone wonder “How did Santa know that?” — this is where you tell us.
We’ll also work out the practical stuff: when Santa should arrive, where he should make his entrance, how long he’ll stay, photo plans, accessibility needs, and — just as importantly — how Santa disappears again without anyone spotting a sleigh parked behind the building.
